Growing organization within the Banking community seeking a Operational Risk Manager. The Operational Risk Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and management within the Operational Risk Group scope of responsibility in executing a robust framework for identifying and evaluating actual and potential risks facing Operational-related lines of business, and establishing effective dynamic audit plans and scopes responsive to such risks. This is a foundational component of a proactive, risk-based audit assurance program which fulfills the mission, obligations and expectations of the Audit Committees of the Boards of Directors of the Corporation and various Subsidiaries and Executive Management, and provides services to other members of management and various external stakeholders, including various regulatory agencies. Must have 10+ years relevant background with a top fifteen Bank, Masters degree or higher in Financial field, and specialized certification (CPA, CISA, CIA).
