Company is highly motivated to hire a Mechanical Design Engineer right away.The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for the design and fabrication of mechanical components. Must be driven by innovation and excellence in creative design and product development. Will work on all product stages from research and development to design and manufacturing, through to installation and final client site commissioning.Primary Mechanical Design Engineer responsibilities include: ? Perform a full lifecycle product design, development and commercialization? Design systems and components that meet customer needs and requirements? Alter and modify design to meet requirements and to eliminate malfunctions? Test and evaluate theoretical designs, manage changes as required to meet product specifications? Identify, formulate and produce effective solutions to emerging problems as they occur? Evaluate final product's overall performance, reliability and safety? Estimate budget and scope of project(s) with the R&D team? Prepare product reports and documentation as requiredThe qualified Mechanical Design Engineer candidate will have:? BS Degree in Engineering is ideal ? 10 or more years in mechanical engineering? Working experience with product lifecycle management (PLM), finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD)? Hands-on experience with computer-aided engineering and computer-aided manufacturing? Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools; AutoCAD, Inventor, and Solidworks? Strong knowledge of engineering analysis tools? Mathematical computing and analysis tools knowledge such as Matlab, Excel, LabView, etc.?
